Steps to make Inside-Out Pav Vada:
  1. For Vada Masala: Smash the boil potatoes. Make tempering. Take a pan on low flame add oil, mustard seeds let it crackled. Add asafoetida and green chilli garlic ginger paste.
  2. Add chopped curry leaves, Turmeric Powder. Give it a nice mix. Add to smash Potatoes.
  3. Now add salt, kitchen king masala. Mix it vada masala is ready.
  4. For batter :. Take a bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carrom seeds.
  5. Mix it. Add little little water. Make lumps free batter.
  6. Make all ingredients for assembling ready.
  7. Assemble :. Cut the pav from the middle apply green chutney, dry Masala of garlic. Place vada flatten ball.
  8. Put oil on Medium flame for frying. Make all pav vada assemble. Now add baking soda in batter. Take one vada deep in the batter. Cover all the sides.
  9. Put it in hot oil. Fry it from both side till get golden.
  10. Take it out on kitchen towel. Fry it all. Serve hot. Cut it and serve with fried Chillies and Chutney.
