- Prepare 4-5 small size urad papad

- Take 1 cup Whisk fresh curd
- Get 1/4 tsp rock salt
- Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin Powder
- Prepare 4 tsp Dates/ Khajur sweet chutney
- Take 4 tsp Green coriander spicy chutney
- Get handful Pomegranate pearls
- Get 3 tsp Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions to make Papad Moong dal Chaat:
- In mixer jar add soaked & de skined split green moong dal, green chillies, ginger pieces, coriander leaves and peppercorns. Grind into little coarse mixture.(Without water).
- Transfer in mixing bowl add asafoetida and salt mix well.
- Cut urad papad in 4 pieces as shown. Heat oil in frying pan. In whisk fresh curd and black rock salt and cummin seeds powder, mix well and keep aside.
- Apply prepare moong-dal batter on each Papad piece as shown.
- Gently put in hot oil. Deep fry in hot oil on low- medium flame till crispy golden.(Prepare few at time as required..as it will become soggy as it gets cool).
- Arrange fried papad- moong dal chips in serving plate as shown. Sprinkle red dates khajur chutney and spicy green chutney on it as shown.
- Sprinkle whisk curd on it. Garnish with pomegranate pearls, chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve Relish Delicious Papad-Moong dal Chat, garnishing with besan sev.
