Instructions to make Fish & Cheese Samosa:
  1. Process for stuffing-Cut the boneless fish into 1inch pieces, marinate with salt, 2 tsp ginger, garlic paste,1/4 tsp turmeric powder &1 tbsp lemon juice.
  2. Heat the mustard oil in a pan, light fry the fish pieces & keep aside.
  3. In the remaining oil add chopped onions &.fry it till golden brown.
  4. Then add 2tsp ginger, garlic paste,chopped chillies,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp garam masala powder & cook for few mints.
  5. Add grated cheese,chopped mint leaves, remaining lemon juice & mix well.Keep the mixture aside.
  6. Process for Samosa- Mix flour, salt & refined oil.Add water gradually to get a soft dough.
  7. Divide the dough into small equal balls.Roll each ball into a circle & then cut it from the middle.
  8. Fold each part in a triangle shape & put the fish-cheese stuffings inside the cone.
  9. Wet your finger tips & join edges.Heat sufficient refined oil in a deep kadai & deep fry the samosas in low flame.
  10. Remove them into a tissue paper & serve them on a serving them.Served the delicious fish- cheese samosas with red chilli sauce.
