  1. Firstly cut mix nuts into slices.
  2. Heat a pean add the sesame seeds and dry roast on medium flame till they splutter and keep aside to cool.
  3. To the same pan add a tsp of ghee and roast all mixed nuts for about a minute. This will enhance the tastes of nuts. Remove and aside to cool.
  4. Grease the aluminum foil with the ghee. Similarly grase the rolling pin which you're going to use for flattening the chikki.
  5. Next add a tsp of ghee to the pan. The pan such ghee gets cooked to the pan add gud.
  6. Keep the flame high and keep stirring. When gud starts melting reduce the flame to low.
  7. When gud changes to light brown colour switch off and immediately add baking soda.
  8. Mix nuts and gud syrup mix well. Pour it over grased aluminum foil and flatter using rolling pin.
  9. When it is warm draw lines according to desired shape.
  10. Once cool cut and store in airtight container.
