  4. Now add spinach paste cook two minutes then add dahi to it add water and adjust consistency.give it nice boil
  5. Add salt and mix well.here again you can add dry chilli tadka but I prefer like this as it gives perfect flavour of spinach and dahi.tastes yum. serve with stem rice or jeera rice and salad
