Instructions to make Aloo Tikki chaat:
  1. Wash and boil potatoes and peas separately. Mash them and keep aside. Add the above-mentioned spices except chutneys.
  2. Take a bowl add curd and add 2 tsp sugar and a pinch salt and whisk it.
  3. Now heat a tawa and add a few drops oil. Take some batter on your palm and flatten it make a round tikki shape. Shallow fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Now take a platter and put tikki in the centre and pou thick curd on it, top up with roasted cumin and chaat masala, tamarind chutney and green chutney, garnish with pomegranate seeds and sev.
  5. Serve it.
