- Get 1 medium bowl Besan(gram flour)-
- Take -1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Prepare as per your taste Salt
- Take -1/4 tsp Hing
- Get 2-3 pinch Baking soda-
- Take -1-2 Onion finely chopped
- Make ready 2-3 Green chilli- finelly chopped
- Make ready as needed Oil for frying
Steps to make Spinach Kadhi…with pakoda:
- Firstly add all the ingredients of pakoda and deep fry pakodas.
- Now mix curd and besan very well…add turmeric powder, salt into it.
- Add water as per the consistency you require.
- Take a deep pan put some oil into it.
- Add cumin, and mustard in pan.
- When mustard seeds start crackle add hing, methi,black pepper dried chilli and curry leaves into it.
- When it's roasted well then add some turmeric powder.
- Now put chopped spinach in it.
- Cook it well till the water dries.
- Now add mixture made with curd and gram flour.
- Let it cook in slow flame for some time.
- After cooking it add pakodas into it andngarnish with green Coriander leaves.
- Serve it with plain rice or Chapati.
- Fry some green chillies…goes very well with it.
