- Make ready 1 cup sesame/til white
- Get 1 tsp ghee
- Take 3/4 cup jaggery/gud

- Firstly in a pan dry roast sesame seeds on a medium flame till it splutters.
- Heat the ghee in the same deep non stick pan add the jaggery mix well.
- And cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Switch off the flame add the roasted sesame seeds and mix very well.
- When the mixture is ready immediately pour mixture over the butter paper or on to a greased thali or a smooth stone surface.
- Be quick else the mixture turns hard and will be difficult to set.
- Now using a rolling pin roll the slightly thick block.
- Allow to cool for a minute and when it's still warm cut into square pieces using a sharp knife.
- Allow it to cool completely store bin an airtight container and serve for a month.
