  15. Take 3 tbsp cup Oil to shallow fry
Steps to make Easy Veggie Suji Toast:
  1. Take a mixing bowl, add the suji, besan, turmeric, coriander, cumin, pepper & red chilli powders. Add salt to taste.
  2. Add the grated carrots, the chopped green chillies & the coriander leaves. You may add any veggies of your choice like chopped capsicum, cabbage etc. Here I have just used carrots.
  3. Add the curd, mix gently. Add sufficient water, mix well to make a thick, smooth batter.
  4. Set aside the ready batter for 15 mins.
  5. Cut each bread slice into 4 meat squares, set aside.
  6. Heat a nonstick tava, grease with a little oil.
  7. Take each bread square, add some ready batter on each side, dab gently and coat well from both sides.
  8. Carefully place it on the hot tava.
  9. Drizzle some more oil on top. Cover & cook on low-medium heat for 3-4 mins, flip & cook till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney on top.
