- Mix all the flours together adding enough water and salt to taste. The consistency of the batter should watery and runny as rava dosa batter. Rest it for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Finely chop onion, green chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Add it to the batter. Add the roasted cumin seeds also to the batter.
- Heat the dosa tawa on high flame. Pour the batter from outer edges to the middle of the tawa.Wait for a minute and flip the dosa.
- Take the dosa to the serving plate and enjoy the dosa with the chutney of your choice.
