- Now press soaked vada on palm remove excess water Amd keep aside
- Take a bowl of curd beat it until smooth.. In a bowl arrange Vasa and pour beaten curd into it
- Keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes… Later in a serving bowl serve Dahi vada sprinkle some red chilli powder some roasted cumin seeds powder chaat masala black salt
- Sprinkle come coriander leaves and enjoy chatpata Dahi vada
