- Prepare 1 cup green chutney

- Prepare 1/2 cup grated coconut
- Take 4 tbsp butter
- Prepare 3-4 potatoes
- Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 tsp dhania(coriander) powder
- Get 2 tsp garam masala
- Take 2 tsp amchur( dry mango) Powder
- Prepare 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Take 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Make ready 2 tsp salt
- Make ready 1/2 cup coriander leaves
Steps to make Kutchi Dabeli:
- Firstly boil the potatoes and keep aside to cool.
- Now in a bowl take 2 tbsp of tamarind chutney add red chilli powder garam masala dhania powder pav bhaji masala mix it well and keep aside.
- Now peel the potatoes and grate them add salt and mix it well. - Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadhai and add the spiced masala paste. - Cook it for 2 mins until it turns aeromatic.
- Now add the grated potatoes mix it well and cook till evevything gets well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a plate. - Spread it evenly top coconut, coriander, chopped onion sev, pomegranate and spiced peanut
- Assembling Dabeli
- Firstly slit the pav in the centre and spread green chutney on one side of pav and tamarind chutney on another side.
- Now put the prepared potato mixture into the pav and spread evenly.
- Put some spiced peanuts pomegranate some chopped onion and finally put some sev.
- Now toast the pav in butter making sure both sides turn slightly golden brownfinally, roll the dabeli into sev and serve immediately.
