Steps to make Ring Samosa:
  1. For Dough mix all dry ingredients and make a medium hard dough and keep aside for 15-20 minutes
  2. Gor stuffing keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil and mustard and jeera, add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillie, coriander leaves after 2 minutes add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add 1tbs besan and roast well. Add chopped boiled potatoes and mix well and keep aside for cooling.
  3. For making samosa:Take lemon size dough and try to roll it in square shape. At one edge put stuffing as shown and roll 1 single round. Rest of the chapati make slits as shown and roll it round. Stick both ends with maida and water paste.
  4. Keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil.once the oil is hot deep fry samosas till golden brown. Samosa are ready to eat with any Chutney or tomato ketchup.
