- Now take a handi/rice cooker/simple pan add kathal mix now add boiled rice on it again add kathal mixture and at last add rice now top it with fried onion..kesar milk..colours..
- Now if you are making it in rice cooker just trip the button to cook..
- If you are making it in kadayi aur pan just seel it with attta for 15 min at simmer.. drizzle 2 tsp of ghee and serve hot ith pudina dhnia raita..
- Note…boil rice with all khada masalas..(dal chinni..tez patta..elaichi..)
