- fill deep fryer with vegetable or canola oil preheat to 400°F
- add chicken to fryer basket submerge and cook for about 2 minutes or until done
- drain chicken on a paper towel
- add mozzarella sticks to fryer submerge in oil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until done
- drain sticks onto a paper towel
- fill fryer basket with seasoned fries cook another 2 minutes until crispy and done
- drain fries onto paper towel
- open the bun and place 1 chicken tenderloin inside top with half the fries stretch two mozzarella sticks out and place ontop of fries drizzle with marinara sauce close bun.
