  5. After 5 minutes roll the entire dough into a big roti now apply the entire remaining Margarine over the rolled dough
  6. Apply Margarine evenly over the surface.
  7. Now cut the rolled dough into three strips.
  8. Roll one strip keep it over the second strip. Now roll it again. Thus we rolled 2 strips.now keep this roll over the third strip and roll it. Thus we rolled all the three strips and this will help to create the flaky layers.
  9. Now again allow the rolled dough to rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Now again roll the dough into flat surface.
  11. And now fold the dough like and envelope. That is, fold in to centre from all four sides.
  12. This is the last step, roll it into a big chapati. Thickness should be around 1 cm.
  13. And cut it into small squares for samosa
  14. Now for filling. In a pan heat oil add mustard, cumin, fennel, and chopped green chilis fry it. Add peas, mint, corinder powder, tamarind puree, salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well
  15. Now add boiled potatoes and mix it well.
  16. Allow this to cool. Now it is ready to stuff in our pastry sheets.
  17. Stuff it in pastry sheets squares and bake it at 200 degree Celcius for around 15 minutes.
  18. After 15 minutes flaky Crispy tasty baked samosa is ready to serve.
