- In a bowl add all purpose flour,curd and saunf and then add water little by little and make a thick batter.
- Heat a pan. Add 1 cup Suger and 2 cup of water.Boil it for Suger syrup. Add grains of cardamom and boil till one thread consistency. Remove from heat and keep aside.
- For Rabdi boil milk in a pan. Boil till it reduced half.now this stage add mava and cardamom powder and mix.add some chopped nuts and mix everything well. Remove from heat and cool down in room temperature.
- Heat ghee in a pan for frying malpua.pour the prepared batter of malpua with a spoon in it.malpua spreads automatically.
- Lightly turn from the bottom and turn it with the help of skewer or stick. Fry both the sides till they turn golden brown in colour. Remove from ghee and add in sugar syrup.
- Let sit in sugar syrup for 2 minutes. Remove from Suger syrup. Serve hot jaalidar malpua with rabdi.
