- Take bread slices,cut each slice in triangle shape.i have not removed bread crust,if you like can remove it.fry each piece in ghee to golden colour & keep aside.
- When milk is reduced to half, add sugar to it & mix well.still let it simmer at low heat.
- Add fried slices to reduced milk,let each slice get soaked & simmer for 3-4 minutes.sprinkle some slivers of almonds & pistachio.
