- Now cut the fresh bread slice into triangle shape.
- And fried it until brown at both sides.
- In thickened milk add half cup of sugar and one table spoon of Elachi powder, mix well.
- Rabdi is ready. Now spread this rabdi over plate. Now this fried bread dip into sugar syrup.
- Then arrange it one over another and spread more mango rabdi over this fried bread. Finally, garnish with chopped pista and serve it.
