  16. Take as required Refined Oil for frying
  17. Make ready as required Water

I've been having golgappe on every alternate day since last week. Golgappe is a mouth watering item that is very hard to resist. Instructions to make Golgappe/Fuchka:
  1. To make puris, Mix 1 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup rava. Knead it well adding little water to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 2 hours. Divide the dough into small round shape balls and roll it like small puris. - Fry it by heating oil in a kadhai.
  2. To make aloo chokha, take 8-10 boiled potatoes, mash it, add boiled chana, and chopped onions. - - mix salt, lemon juice, chat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder according to your taste.
  3. To make chatpata Pani, - take a raw Mango, peel it and cut into cubes removing the hard part. Pour little water and Mango cubes in pressure cooker and cook for one whistle. Once done blend it smooth to make aam panna using strainer. - - mix fresh coriander and pudina leaves, green chillies, grind to make chutney. - Add salt and all spice powders and mix well.
  4. Enjoy homemade panipuris

We get Golgappe from the market and make Golgappe ka paani and potato mixture at home. The process is quite similar to making Panna. There are just some differences in spices added.
