- Cover the pan with a tight lead and boil the Rasgulla for 10 minutes on medium to high flame.
- Now take milk and boiled it and on sim gas stir continusally.
- When milk reduced add sugar and mango puree. When Rasmalai become thicken. Then switch off the flame.
- Take Rasgulla put in Mango Rasmalai and put in serving plate and garnishing with nuts.
