- Sieve flour add milk powder, cream, salt, yeast and sugar mix well. Add Lukewarm water and knead a soft dough (just like our roti dough). Knead the dough for at least 10 min by adding butter at regular intervals.

- Preheat oven @200°c and milk brush the dough and place the bread mould on middle rack of oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the bread mould form oven and place it on wire rack. Allow it to cool. Demould the bread mould and allow the bread to cool completely before slicing it. Enjoy your freshly baked bread.
- For chutney……. Mix all the ingredients in Mixer grinder with some water and salt.
