The ingredients needed to make Mango Rasmalai:
- Get 1 ltr milk full cream
- Get 2 ripe mangoes
- Take Dry fruits. (Almonds,cashew,cardimom powder,pista)
- Take 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- Take to taste Sugar according
Instructions to make Mango Rasmalai:
- Take 1ltr full cream milk in a pan….let it come to boil….slow the flame..and let it become thick….stir in between so thst milk doesnot stick to the pan.
- Make it one-third…now take cornflour and 2tbs room temperature milk and mix….adf this mixture to the dense milk….and stir fr 2to 3min….
- Add sugar if required…and let one boil to come…add the dry fruits and off the flame
- Cut the ripe mangoes in small pieces…once the milk ras reaches room temperature….add these cut pieces of mango…keep it in fridge fr 1to2 hrs….when chilled….serve cool cool mango rasmalai garnishing with dry fruits of ur choice…
- Do not add the mangoes in hot dense milk…otherwise milk fatt jaayega….
