- Add the mixture with both powder
- Roll the slices with rolling pin and make a thin sheet
- Pour the mixture on the sheet
- Add the dal paste on one side and cover with the other side.
- Cook the fara in a cooker for about 10 min in water with salt and oil.
- After that,when it is cooked,switch off the gas and allow them to cool down.
- Then,the next step is to cut the faras into small pieces
- Then,temper the faras. Heat oil in kadai. Add mustard seeds and dry chill in oil,splutter it.
- Add chop onion,green peas and garlic in it
- Saute them,add the pieces of faras. and stir well.
- Add coriander leaves and powder,salt in it
- Once it is done,garnish with fresh coriander and it is ready to be served
