- In a bowl add samak flour, waterchestnut flour, sendha salt and some water and mix well. Make a smooth flowing consistency batter. Let it rest for 10-15 min.

- Heat oil in a pan / kadahi and add coriander powder, green chillies, sendha salt, black pepper powder, mashed potatoes and mix well. Now add lemon juice mix well and cook potatoes for 2- 3 min. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
