- Mix equal parts of wheat flour, refined flour, 1tsp of ghee,1tsp of salt, and mix them well. Then pour little by little water and Knead it into a smooth dough, then use a muslin cloth or wet plate to cover it. let it rest for 15 min.
- Make fine grated or chopped cabbage, onion, ginger, and very finely. (don't add anything to it else it will shed water.)
- Mix red chili powder, salt and make its mixture and keep aside & take oil in 1 bowl.
- After 15 min. Make a smooth dough and make equal parts. Roll them to very thin chapati with the help of atta four.
- Thin chapati should have as below. Then pour 2 drops of oil/ghee in middle, spread it in middle, then sprinkle mixture over it.
- Then add chopped or grated vegetables in middle in shape of triangle in middle and again sprinkle some mixture over it.
- Now fold it in the shape of a triangle and as follow.
- With the help of a roller, gently roll it over with light pressure after sprinkle little atta flour and then heat a pan with oil at medium flame and put the sealed part on pan first then cook the parathas on medium flame only.
- Prepare one paratha at a time or they will get moist so be careful.
- At last, your tasty, healthy, delicious, mouth-watering parathas are ready. You can serve it with tomato sauce or your favorite servings.
- Or make a star of the parathas and serve your kids. They will get tempted to eat it.
