- In a chopper add chicken, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, chillies, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, flour, yolk,onions and cumin powder.

- Keep the mixture in fridge for 30 min. Grease hands with oil and make small balls of the mixture then make doughnut shape.
- Keep this in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs crums.
- We can store it in this state for upto two weeks.
- Now again keep it in freezer fo 10 min. Fry it in medium flame till it's golden in colour. Serve with ketchup and enjoy with tea.
