- Add water and make a thin batter and then leave it for 30 minutes.
- Take 1 ladle full of batter and spread dosa batter all over on hot tava.
- Sprinkle some oil and when it becomes crisp from one side, flip it carefully and cook from another side.
- Put potato mixture on dosa, fold it and enjoy with peanut chutney.
