- Get Coriander Chopped
- Take Mint leaves Chopped
- Prepare Egg for fry Kabab
- Get Burger buns as required
- Take Mayonnaise (for spreading inside buns)
- Take Green chutney (for spreading inside buns)
- Make ready Onions sliced
- Make ready Cabbage Julian cut as required
- Take Eggs beaten and cooked for filling inside the buns
Steps to make Andaa Shami Burger:
- Making of shami kababs: - In a deep heavy stainless vessel, put boneless beef 1 kg, onion medium sized 1 (roughly chopped), Garlic 6 cloves - Zeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp, - Salt 1 tsp Button red chillies 8 - Ginger 1 inch piece Water 3 glasses.Put all these ingredients in a vessel cover and cook on medium low flame, till meat done.
- Add chana daal 1 and 1/2 cups (soaked for 2 hours and drained) - Onions medium 2 roughly chopped,Garlic cloves 10 - Zeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp - Button red chillies 12 to 15 - Salt 1 tsp. Add these ingredients with meat and cover n cook till water dries and chana daal is done.
- Remove from heat and let it cool down completely. - Now chopparize to make a mixture. Now add garam masala powder 1 tbsp, ginger chopped finely 2 tbsp, fresh coriander leaves chopped, fresh mint leaves chopped, 4 green chillies chopped, Mix well then make kababs. - I made 32 kababs with this mixture. U can freeze them for later use.
- Beat eggs and cook on tawa - Also dip kababs in beaten eggs and shallow fry. For assembling, - Cut buns from centre, then heat it up on greased tawa,Then spread prepared kababs, drizzle mayonnaise, put some cabbage, sliced onions, prepared egg, and serve with raita n ketchup.
