- Now add oil in pan, heat it add jeera, saunf,curry leaves and hing. Let it splutter then add the farre /fara add a dash of chilli powder and amchur powder and sauté it till it’s crisp.
- Garnish with coriander and pudina and serve with sauce or green chutney.
