- Now slowly add warm water to make a soft dough.

- After an hour take out the dough in a work place or kitchen platform and knead well by stretching and folding method.
- Char all the vegetables and also garlic except pickled chilli in little oil to enhance the flavor.
- Add all the charred veggies, onions, garlic, cheese, chilli flakes and herbs to the dough and mix well.
- Take a donut mould and grease with little oil.
- Take a little lime size dough, make a ball and place in the mould.
- Alternatively you can make a log and arrange in a loaf tin to make a loaf shaped bread.
- Preheat oven at 200 degree Centigrade for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime keep aside the mould with dough for 10 minutes They will rise again a little bit.
- Now bake these doughnut breads for about 15 to 20 minutes or till light golden brown in colour.
- Remove from oven. Keep these baked doughnuts in wired rack to cool.
- Enjoy with tomato ketchup or just as they are.
