- Saute till brown, add vegetables. Saute them till the capsicum is little cooked
- Add Biryani masala to cut and mux it well.
- Add curd to the pan and stir till the oil seperates
- Add palak puree and stir well
- Add salt and add rice. You can layer them in handi as we do in authentic Biryani style
- Add water or milk if the grain is dry.
- Sprinkle spring onion leaves
- Serve hot with raita
