  15. Prepare To taste Salt

  1. Mix nicely the cut paneer, matar, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and a pinch of salt and marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. In microwave friendly bowl cook the marinated Paneer and peas for 3 mins.
  3. In another microwavable bowl with a pinch of salt cook chopped Onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic and 2 tsp water for 3 mins.
  4. In a nonstick deep pan cook the microwave wet masala in low flame. When water dried up add rest of the dry masala including Cashew powder and milk powder.
  5. Add water for the gravy and salt as required. Bring to boil the Curry for 1 min and then switch off the flame.
