- Crumble the gram flour mixture nicely and check if it begins to bind.If the mixture appears dry then add 2 tbsp water to this stuffing mixture and crumble again.This mixture should neither be very dry nor very moist in texture.
- Now knead the dough again to smoothen it.Then prepare small balls of the size of lemon out of it.. Smoothen all the balls nicely.
- Then take one ball and make depression at it, centre like a bowl with the help of your thumb and fingers.
- Now place some gram flour stuffing in this depression and then bring the sides together to form a pouch.Then roll and smoothen it like a stuffed ball.
- Now take these stuffed balls respectively and press them slightly with your hand to give them a perfect shape.
- Now heat oil in a kadai for frying the Kachoris.Reduce the flame to medium level when the oil is heated completely.
- Fry the Kachoris until they turn golden brown on both the sides.
- Transfer the fried Kachoris in a plate when done completely.
- Serve hot with spicy coriander sauce.
