Wash channa dal and cook with all the remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. - Grind in mixer jar as a paste
- In chicken paste add all-purpose flour, corn flour, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix all well and make a small bullets shape r any other shape (as you wish)
- Take a bread powder in a plate. Dip these bullets in egg Yolk next roll in bread powder and deep fried in oil
- Now healthy soya chicken kababs r ready
- Serve with tomato ketchup
