- Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with curd,fresh cream,cheese, paste of ginger garlic &. Green chilli paste, crushed black pepper and white pepper, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, lemon juice salt Mix them well.
- Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour.
- After marination add oil and cornflour & mix it well.
- Now pierce chicken cubes one in skewer, chicken is nicely marinated, so it will pierce easily.
- Without oven (with Tava). Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it.
