The ingredients needed to make Aloo Puri:
  1. Make ready 2 big boiled potatoes
  2. Prepare 2 cups wheat flour
  3. Take 1-2 spoon suji/rava
  4. Get 1 tsp kasuri methi
  5. Prepare As per taste Salt
  6. Get 2-3 pinch turmeric powder
  7. Get 2-3 pinch ajwain seeds
  8. Prepare 2-3 pinch red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 2 tap oil to mix in puri dough
  10. Get As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Aloo Puri:
  1. First wash and boil potatoes, cool down and mash it nicely.
  2. Add wheat flour, suji, ajwain, salt, red chili powder, crushed kasuri methi, 2tsp oil & turmeric. Mix all these nicely and make smooth dough. (If required add 2-3 drops of water)
  3. In big pan heat oil for frying.
  4. Make small ball from dough, roll it same as puri. Once oil is hot then fry these puris one by one.
  5. Serve these puri with pickles or chutney. Enjoy! 😊
