- Shallow fry in hot oil. you can alternatively roast or deep fry.
- Roast on low flame until it turns golden brown.flip over and cook on both sides.
- Place the prepare tikki in a plate
- Top with 2 tbsp curd also spread 1 tbsp green chutney, 1 tbsp tamarind chutney, pinch of chilli powder and salt.
- Garnish with pomegranate, pinch of cumin and chaat masala.
