- Once the spinach is cooked increase the flame and let the water evaporate. Keep aside to cool.
- After 2 hrs the dough will rise and become double in size… punch and knead the dough once again.. roll to a big roti…. spread the spinach, add grated mozarella the gently roll and twist to hive a shape like in pic. Bake at 180°c for 20 mins in a preheated oven.
- Cut slices and serve hot or cold.
