  10. Prepare 1 Spoon Ajawain
  11. Get 1 pinch Hing

  14. Get to taste Salt
  15. Get 2 Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste
Steps to make Fara:
  1. Stuffing:Take Chickpea lentils soaked it for over night or for 5-6 hours.
  2. Now at the time of Cooking make a Stuffing for Dough, Take Chickpea lentils to grind it in a mixer and make a smooth paste Now mix, Salt as per taste, Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon, Cumin Powder 1 Spoon, Coriander Powder 1 Spoon, Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Spoon Now mix all the ingredients together and make a Chickpea Stuffing for the Dough.
  3. Now time for making Dough, Take Wheat flour in a Container add Salt as per taste, Water as required and make a Soft Dough and keep aside for 15 min.
  4. Afterward, take a Piece of Dough, Roll it like a roti shape, but thick not thin, now add 2 Spoon Chickpea Stuffing in it, Apply water to the Sides, join the edges, Make all the Fara in Gujiya Shape.
  5. After making all Fara in Gujiya Shape, Now take a big Container put water into it,full of the container,boil on High flame, After boiling water, Put all the Fara into the container one by one and cover it with the lid, boil for 15-20 min on medium flame.
  6. After boiling all the Fara,take out from container,rinse water from it,Let it be keep for 10-15 min for cool it down and dry,Now Cut the Fara in equal pieces.
  7. Now time for tadka, Take a kadhai or Pan add 4 Spoon any Cooking Oil,add 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds,1 Spoon Mustard Seeds,1 Spoon,1 Spoon fennel Seeds,1 Spoon,1 Spoon Ajawain, hing a pinch,1 Spoon Turmeric Powder,1 Spoon Curry leaves heat for 2 to 3 min then put all the pieces of Fara in to it.
  8. Mix well all the Fara, for 5 to 7 min to coat all the Masalas on Fara,Serve it hot with any Chutney or Sauce, Your FARA is Ready to Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜
