- Now for making sugar syrup add 3 cups sugar and 1&1/2 cup water. Now cook the sugar syrup on a medium flame until the sugar is dissolved. Now add 2 tsp elaichi powder and few strands of Kesar.
- Now dip all the gulab jamun in sugar syrup and let them absorb sugar syrup for 1-2 hours.
