- Now add the curry leaves and dry spices and stir it well and cook till oil separates.
- Now add the tomato puree and again cook on medium flame 🔥
- Till onion and tomato paste gets combined well to each other.
- Now add the matki mix it well and let it cook on it's own till it starts leaving sides.
- Keep stirring continuously. - Now add 2-3 glasses of water and cover it with the lid and give 2 whistle.
- Open the cooker and check the consistency of gravy if necessary add some water and let it boil on medium flame till oil floats
- Gravy should be in quite liquid form as we are going yo have it with pav.
- Off the flame garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with mix namkeen finely chopped onion & tomatoes - Spring some lime juice and enjoy with pav.
