- Take a bowl add chickpea flour sooji and curd mix well and keep aside till sooji rise
- Now add black salt and salt and add water as needed to make the proper consistency of dosa batter
- At last add eno and mix it with light hands and cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 mins
- Your dosa batter is ready to make the thinest crispiest and yummiest dosa
- Serve it with cocnut chutney potato sabzi or sambhar as you want…..
Now, add semolina (sooji), salt and water as required and mix well to form a runny batter. Then, heat a tawa over medium flame. Take sooji, curd and water in a blender and puree till smooth. Add all ingredients and extra water to make a batter like, Heat a nonstick pan, make dosa using the batter, Drizzle oil around the dosa. Sooji is the word used for semolina in North India and Pakistan.
