- Now mix both and add cooking soda mix and keep for fermentation, for 7-8 hours
- Morning add salt to idli batter
- Wash palak and make smooth paste mix into idli batter
- Boil corn and add to idli batter and mix
- In a cooker stand fill the plates with batter and steam for 10-12 mins
- Serve with chutney and sambar
