- Soak the urad dal for 1-2hrs, Than take out the excess water and put in grinder jar. Than add all the spices (red chilli powder, Kasuri methi,salt,haldi fennel seeds,garam masala) with urad dal…and make a fine paste.
- In a big mixing bowl add wheat flour and rava/sooji And thn add the dal paste and Knead a fine dough…add water if required…. Cover and Keep aside for 10 min.
- Now make equal portions of small balls from the dough and roll out the Puri. And deep fry them…or if you want you can make Partha too out of it…
- Serve it with potato curry…
