Steps to make Egg Biryani:
  1. Wash rice. Take the rice in a handi. Add cardamom and cinnamon sticks. Add salt. Boil it. Strain out the water.
  2. Boil eggs. Remove the shells and fry them. Make a paste of tomato ginger and garlic.
  3. Saute eggs with the masala paste. Set it aside.
  4. Take potato cubes and fry them. Mix it with the egg.
  5. Take the handi with rice.
  6. Transfer the rice on a kadai. Make a layer. Put the egg curry on top it. Place another rice layer.
  7. Then add the Garam masala powder and kesar soaked in milk in it. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame.
  8. Remove the lid and toss everything carefully.
  9. Serve it.
