- Preheat oven to 350
- Cut chicken into small chucks and saute in half stick of butter until fully cooked mean while cook noodles until almost done then set aside. Remove chicken when done then set aside
- Saute onions in the other half stick of butter until tender add cream of chicken soup 1/2cup of cheeder add pouch of velveeta gradually stir in milk.
- Cook over medium heat till cheese melts. Stir in chicken and noodles add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a 9×13 pan sprayed with Pam sprinkel with cracker crumbs bake for 20 minutes then add the rest of the cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
