  16. Take 1 big tomato chopped
  17. Make ready 2 medium size onion chopped..
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  19. Get 1 tsp jeera
  20. Prepare 2 tbsp oil for tadka
  21. Prepare 3-4 laung and 1 dry red chilli
  22. Take 1 tsp hing
  23. Prepare 2 tsp red chilli powder
  24. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  25. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  26. Get 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  27. Take as required Chopped onion for garnishing
  28. Take as required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Sindhi Dal Pakwan:
  1. Boil all dals in cooker..take 3-4 cities..
  2. Other side prepare dough for Pakwan.. take wheat flour, maida and rava together..
  3. Add 2 tbsp ghee in it..add salt, kasuri methi, black pepper powder…. Mix it well add water as per need and make a tight dough.
  4. Give it rest for 20 minutes
  5. Now dals are boiled…in a pan take 2 tbsp oil,add jeera and hing in it.Add chopped tomatoes and onions in it.Saute for 2 minutes
  6. Add ginger garlic and chilli paste in it and saute it. Then add salt and garam masala powder in it.
  7. Add all boiled dals in that mixture and stir it well. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder and salt to taste.Stir it well.
  8. Add lemon juice and tamarind pulp in it and stir it..keep on flame for 10 to 15 minutes.if you want add 1 tbsp jaggery.(optional)
  9. Let's make Pakwan….for that make medium size lua from it..and roll puri with the help of Roller and pin.Make little cuts in it as shown in the picture.
  10. Put kadai on gas flame..Pour oil for frying..when it heated put puri(Pakwan) in it. Fry it golden brown.
  11. Now dal and Pakwan both aur ready to serve…so take out in serving bowl and plate..
  12. Garnish it with chopped coriander and chopped onions..
