- Remove the apple from flame and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled add it to the reduced milk.
- IMPORTANT NOTE : Make sure both the apple and milk have cooled completely before you mix them or else there is a high probability of milk curdling up.
- Refrigerate the apple dates kheer for some hours.
