Steps to make Teen Mirchiwali Chicken Kabab:
  1. Take the boneless chicken breast and dry it with some tissue papers. Hammer the chicken breast with the backside of the knife/roller pin/pestle as per availability. Then cut the chicken into 1" cubes.
  2. Next comes the 1st marination. For that we have to mix lime juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt as per taste in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes with the paste and mix well. Lastly keep the bowl aside for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes we have to conduct the 2nd marination. For that frist let's take out all the chicken cubes from the 1st marination bowl and squeeze them to drain the excess water. Then in another bowl we have to mix hungcurd,roasted besan, turmeric powder, 1tablespoon mustard oil and green chilli paste and beat constantly to make a smooth paste. Finally add the chicken cubes in this marination and coat them well. Here marination time is another 25 minutes.
  4. In the meantime soak the skewers in water so that during the grilling process they don't burn.
  5. When the 2nd marination is completed, take out the skewers from water and arrange the chicken cubes in the skewers with a little gapping. Preheat the oven at 240°c in grill mode for 10 minutes.
  6. In a plate spread the crushed black pepper and chilli flakes. Then roll the skewers over the spices and arrange them on the grilled rack. Brush mustard oil over the kebabs and cook for 10 minutes. Take out the rack, turn the kebabs and again brush mustard oil on it. Grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Finally the TEEN MIRCHI WALI KEBAB is ready for serving. In a serving plate arrange the kebabs, garnish with some lime and onion rings and a bowl of green chutney. Don't forget to sprinkle the chat masala over the kebabs. ENJOY!!!
